This month we are thrilled to be screening the 2025 Cannes Film Festival Palme d’Or winning movie ‘It Was Just An Accident’. The screening will be hosted by Maria Govan who will engage in a post screening discussion with the audience.
‘Vahid, an unassuming mechanic, is suddenly reminded of his time in an Iranian prison when he has a chance encounter with Eghbal, a man he strongly suspects to be his sadistic jailhouse captor. Panicked, Vahid rounds up a few of his fellow ex-prisoners to try and confirm Eghbal’s identity. Requests to refund a portion of a total amount of tickets purchased (1 of 4 tickets purchased, for example) can not be processed, the guest will have to request a refund and re-book within the stipulated time stated above.
